Privacy Policy

This policy explains what pokerfishs-bot-ai.com collects when you visit, why, and what you can do about it. Written in plain language rather than legal filler.

The short version

This site is an information guide. We run no poker games, we take no payments here, and we will never ask for your FishPoker password. What we see is ordinary web traffic data plus whatever you choose to put in a message to us.

01Who we are

We publish pokerfishs-bot-ai.com, an independent guide covering the FishPoker club app and the AI study assistant players use alongside it. We are not FishPoker. We are not affiliated with them, nor with any club, union or agent operating on the app. For anything about this policy, message us on Telegram at @nztsupportmanager.

02What gets collected

Automatically, by the server

Like essentially every website, our hosting records technical details each time a page is requested:

  • Your IP address, whole or truncated
  • Browser type and version, and operating system
  • The page requested and the page that referred you to it
  • Date and time of the request
  • Approximate location at country or city level, derived from the IP

It is used to keep the site up, see which material people actually read, and spot abuse such as scraping or attacks.

Whatever you send us

If you message us on Telegram, we receive what you send: your username, your message, and any details you volunteer such as your format, your limit or your club. That is used to answer you, open a trial, or work out your price. Nothing else.

What we do not collect, ever

  • Your FishPoker password. We do not want it, we cannot use it, and no honest manager will ask for it.
  • Card details or payments — this website processes none.
  • Special category data such as health, political views or biometrics.
  • Anything from people under 18, knowingly.

03Cookies and analytics

We may use cookies or similar storage for two purposes: keeping the site working, and counting traffic in aggregate so we know which pages earn their place. Analytics is read as trends, never as individuals.

Block or delete cookies in your browser whenever you like. The site is built to stay readable without them; all you lose is convenience.

04Third parties and outbound links

This site links out — to a download and to Telegram. The moment you follow an outbound link you are on someone else's service under their privacy policy, and we have no control over or visibility into what they collect.

On our side, processing may involve a hosting provider, a content delivery network and an analytics provider. They act on our instructions and get no more than delivering the site requires.

05Legal bases

Where the GDPR or a comparable law covers you, we rely on:

  • Legitimate interests — keeping the site secure, available and worth reading
  • Consent — for non-essential cookies or analytics, where a consent banner is shown to you
  • Legitimate interests or contract — replying to a message you sent us

06How long it is kept

Server logs rotate out after a short period, normally measured in weeks. Aggregate analytics may live longer because it no longer identifies anyone. Messages you send us are kept while they are useful to you and deleted on request.

07Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may be entitled to ask us to:

  • Confirm what we hold about you and give you a copy
  • Correct anything wrong
  • Delete what we no longer need
  • Restrict or object to particular processing
  • Withdraw consent you gave earlier

Write to us on Telegram and we will deal with it. If you think we handled your data badly, you can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.

08Security

The site is served over HTTPS and we take reasonable steps to protect the little we hold. No site can promise perfect security and we will not pretend otherwise. Protect yourself too: never share account passwords with anyone, and treat any request for them as fraud no matter how official it looks.

09Age restriction

This site is for adults of 18 or over. It is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a minor has sent us something, tell us and we will delete it.

10Changes

This policy will change as the site does, or as the law does. The date at the top is the current version. Material changes appear here rather than being announced to you individually.
